Christmas Day in Perth.

Too many drinks and too many dramas with the family.

Malaysia

I'm in Malaysia at the moment, got in yesterday mid-day, after a night + morning in Singapore (SHITAPORE!) haha
Met up with a friend from online, Alven, just chilled around town and looked at some malls, had shisha and dinner, had a beer at a beach cafe.

There's not much to do in Johor Bahru (where i am at the moment) but it's still an interesting place, I'll be checking out the Museum + Mosques soon.

The guest-house I'm staying at is cheap, reaaaaally cheap, but cool at the same time, It's inhabited by a Hakiri, the owner and his wife,
They've about 6 cats and 6 chickens (roosters woke me up this morning, at 5am, fuckers!) and i bunk with a 20 y.o swede called sasha, and a 56 y.o singaporean guy.

Sweet as.

Update on Darwin!

I'm now residing in Darwin for longer than expected, made the decision on Sunday!

I've had to apply for jobs practically everyday since, in between helping mum organise her units,
It's been pretty hands on since i arrived, I've applied to Coles and Woolworths so far,
Have applications for Bakers Delight and Birch and Carrol Cinemas (Greater Union) filled out.

And i've just printed out a handful of resumes at the library just then, in between getting trapped in a ridiculous tropical terrential downfall hahaha.

Well, i'm off to prove my worth (or lack of) to Darwin society, starting at Casuarina Shopping Centre!

Loooong Time no Update!

Well, here it is! A looong time since an update :)

I'm here in Darwin (again!) visiting mother dearest, i'm enjoying it somewhat, it's a pretty different atmosphere up here...
I'm meant to leave on Tuesday the 25th, but i'm thinking about holding back a little and getting a job up here,
Mum doesn't seem to mind that much, but i'll update on that later!
