I'm back, fear not...

Darwin was ok, it was odd not knowing anybody there, and dealing with mum, sheesh!
I hung out at a backpackers for a few days, i couldn't hack staying in the house,
Meet some awesome peepz at the backpackers, got maggotted most of the time, nice german + french peoples there ;)

That's me and daniel on a 'snapping crocodile' tour along the Adelaide River.
I met a really nice boy called Grey up there, i'll be visiting him again next year :)

Back in Perth, seems like i didn't even go away, feeling claustrophobic already;
Started my Esperanto Course today :)

Hopefully that'll keep me occupied for the time being whilst i look for a job.

I've been feeling kind of shit lately, between unemployment, debt, and my friends, i'm not sure where i'm meant to have my head.

I'm lonely when i'm surrounded by my friends....
I get this feeling that they're secretly laughing deep down, and that they don't really find me half as interesting as they put out.
It's probably all just in my head, but i need a break, a long one, away from a lot of people :|

Earthdance 2007 - Perth, WA

Earthdance, 2007, was awesome!
I'm still in shock from it, and it was like, 2 weeks ago kekeke.

I've just gotten my photo's developed, they turned out a bit dodgy, just because it was the first time i'd used the camera.
Once uploaded to the computer, they looked a bit better, the one above, the exposure was a bit overboard -
Luckily the scanner registered it as a b&w because of the white balance ;]

Anyways, i'm chilling at home, about to clean up my room.

Fuckbuddies: Yay or Nay?

I've found a fairly interesting discussion on 'fuckbuddies' in the hack archives;
For those who've been living in Somalia for the past 15 years, a fuckbuddy = sexualised friendship.

Personally,
I've never been that partial to fuckbuddies, i've had my fare share, but something always fucks up.
Usually it's a culmination of:

1. Becoming too involved

This is classic for me, i just become involved, it's something i just do -
It's kind of shitty, because for the most part, i just want a bit of fun, but every now and then, it's not enough.


2. Things get a bit funky

It becomes awkward, you start getting uncomfortable when both parties are together in a social situation,
It's usually because i go for guys who are pussies, and i tend to build rapport with that.

3. Losing interest in the whole she-bam

Eh, it happens right?
Things get boring, it's all the same, they just don't 'tickle your fancy' anymore.
It's all a fucking yawn.

Alternatively, i could just be a monogamous prude, but let's hope not.
